Developer: Tunnel Visions · App: MindLex (com.tunnelvisions.mindlex) · Last updated: September 27, 2026
This policy explains what information the MindLex word game handles, why, and who it is shared with. If you have questions, email tunnelvisiongaming143@gmail.com.
1. Summary
- MindLex does not ask for, and we do not collect, your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- There are no user accounts. Your game progress (coins, hints, streaks and settings) is stored only on your device.
- MindLex shows ads. Our advertising partners automatically collect some device and usage information to show and measure ads, as described below.
- When you use an AI hint, the game's secret word is sent to Google's Gemini service to generate a clue. No personal information is included.

MindLex uses the following advertising services. They run inside the app and collect data directly under their own privacy policies:
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and Unity Ads, provided by Unity Technologies: Game Player and App User Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob, provided by Google: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services

3. AI hints
If you choose to use an AI hint, MindLex sends the puzzle's secret word to Google's Gemini API to generate a short clue. As with any internet request, Google receives your device's IP address. We do not send any personal information, and the request is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Your choices
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- You can delete all game data stored on your device by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling MindLex.
- To ask an advertising partner about data they hold, use the contact options in their privacy policies linked above.
5. Children
MindLex is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
6. Data retention and deletion
We do not keep personal information on our own servers. Game progress stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Data collected by advertising partners is kept according to their own policies.
7. Security
Information sent by the app to our partners is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we use reputable partners that protect data in line with industry standards.
